About Me
Amy Reavis is a Christian counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education, a state certification as a pastoral counselor, and currently pursuing additional certification in Christian Counseling. With a lifelong passion for psychology and helping others live out their God-given purpose, Amy integrates faith and evidence-informed practices to support lasting growth and wellbeing.
For 30 years, Amy has been the wife of a police officer, raised three children, and owned and ran a business. Those roles deepened her insight into relationships, resilience, and identity, and now in the empty-nest season she is using her story to guide others toward greater joy, clarity, and confidence.
Amy works from a whole-person perspective—addressing body, mind, and spirit—to help women recognize their value as children of God, overcome doubts, and live with peace and purpose. She helps clients open up in a safe, compassionate space, develop healthy emotional expression, reduce anxiety and overwhelm, and improve relational communication.
Amy also enjoys working with couples who want to strengthen their marriage, enhance communication, and build a thriving partnership rooted in faith. Her approach is warm, practical, and faith-integrated, focused on equipping clients with tools and hope for meaningful change.
